主任医师、二级教授、医学博士、博士生导师，国家血液系统疾病临床医学研究中心、北京大学血液病研究所、北京大学人民医院血液科副主任。北京大学人民医院青岛医院副院长，血液中心主任。
兼任国际CML基金会国家代表委员会成员，国际白血病及相关疾病比较研究协会委员，中华医学会血液学分会委员、白血病-淋巴瘤学组副组长，北京医学会血液学分会主任委员，中国抗癌协会中西整合白血病专业委员会主任委员，第一届中国抗癌协会整合血液肿瘤委员会副主任委员，中国医药教育协会白血病分会主任委员。
